If this is a unique bug that only happens under 10.3 , we need to file 
a bug.  Can try this site out in Safari v1.1 that comes with the latest 
10.3 seed. If you have a bugscape account, please file this bug and 
include 10.3 in the summary. I can also check these issues under 10.3 
when I arrive at work.
