Get Panther. You can type the names of menu entries, contextual or otherwise, to jump to them. This is global across all apps.
Hehe.. I have Panther. I didn't know about that little nicety. I only wish the Universal access for the Menu worked so that I focus on the menubar, then type a letter to get to a menu, and then any more keystrokes select the item..
Can all of this be accessed with the Accessibility API? I know the API can be used to make *your own app* accessible, but can it be used to do programmatic Quickeys(TM) of a sort? Then connect it up with the uControl extension, and the possibilities are literally endless..
