I've been experiencing some moments where Camino (as a background app) suddenly starts sucking up CPU like crazy. While it eventually stops after a while, I managed to sample it (using Activity Monitor). The sample is attached.
I've seen similar sample output for Camino, too, with the latest nightlies. The sample report you attached is very similar to what nails CPU usage to 100% when Camino first launches. I get 100% CPU usage for about 5-10 seconds when Camino is first launched, and it's the JVM that seems to be the culprit.
