Not context menus specifically, but I'm fairly sure the HIG states that no
function should ever be available _only_ from a context menu - everything
needs to be on the real menu somewhere. A mac-head friend of mine keeps
blowing up when he finds that Apple have violated this in the iTools
somewhere...
