I am in education and we have several schools that are starting to use Network Home Directories in OS X for their students. The bug#139562 was filed back in 2002 and responded to several times over the past year. I added a comment to the bug. It is still listed as a "new" bug. Does this mean that none of the developers are looking at the problem? Should I file a new bug? Is their anything I can do to get this bug looked at?
