Speaking of clicking and holding, I just noticed that Camino doesn't allow you to click a link, hold, and get the contextual menu like in other browsers. Insignificant for other platforms, but with so many Mac users only using one button . . . ;-)
I switch hands for left and right click, you know how frustrating that is? ;-)
