I think it depends on how many people are willing to translate. I think it would be a waste of translators time for them to keep up with every minor change to the english document. I feel it would be wiser to just wait for the dust to settle and pass it off for translation when all the revisions are done.

Of course its' all up to those who would be doing the translation I very well may be underestimating how many people are willing to help.

Depends on the wiki implementation ;-). I'm quite fluent but another question came to my mind. How about the international versions of the help pages? Perhaps we should use the wiki approach for them as well. Question is, do we wait until the english version is "stable" and then translate them or do that independently? Any comments? Martin Creutziger, I guess your reading this, too?
