[Camino] oooops (new window fixed, don't file a bug)

somehow, in the 12/5 3am nightly, the "new window" menu item lost its 
connection, so you can't use it to open new windows.

I've fixed it, but can't respin the nightly until i get to work. just a 
heads up. please don't file a bug, it's already been fixed.
