Yeah, and this irks the shit out of me. Why punish the end user because of an idiot sysadmin? Fine, the sysadmin doesn't have any thought for me as a user/customer, but I'm the one getting it in the rear when my 3-Mbit line drops a meg of garbage text into my browser window (thus slowing it to a crawl on my 500-MHz Titanium) almost instantly.
