[Camino] FTP password dialog

  It would be nice if Camino would ask the user automatically for a 
username and password for protected ftp sites.  I know there's a way to 
put your name/password in the URL, but I keep forgetting it and a 
dialog would be nice (some sites do this automatically I think)
