If I go to the "Homepages Directory" at IUB, click on a name section (which goes to a dynamically generated page, '/homepage_sect?sect=1'), load it completely, then go back and immidiately forward, it reloads the whole page from the web server, even though it is extremely unlikely that nothing had changed.
