Why would a lot of bookmarks affect the startup time? Is it because
it has to construct the bookmark menu from scratch each time? Could
the menu be modified in place when a bookmark is added, and then the
NSMenu object be stored (freeze-dried objects? that I saw once
mentioned on the Stepwise articles site) as part of the Camino bundle?
