I think there are multiple bugs reported like this one, however none of them specify the OS X version number.
Currently I have found that clicking on a downloadable file (like the camino nightly) begins the download and almost finished, but never completes. By CTRL clicking on the same link the download can be successfully completed. This seems to be specific to 10.1.5 and in successive nightly builds. This problem does not occur in Jaguar (which I'm using at home currently).
The machines in question are on a school network so I don't currently have access until the school re-opens in early January. There is almost no possibility of upgrading to a newer version of OS X (Budget constraints) so its kind of important that there is a final version of Camino that works.
