"Open and remove" would be useful.Not sure what is meant here. Open and Remove are both in the toolbar and in the contextual menu when clicking on a completed dl file.
Or an "autocleaning" download manager (toggleable of course, maybe in a contextual menu off the broom icon, in addition to a spot in the preferences). I almost never open files that I've downloded from within Camino, except sometimes for PDFs, and that's because I haven't set up the Acrobat-plugin yet (does that work with Camino?)
