[Camino] Nonsense characters in HTML-only download, repeatable

  I'm using Camino build 2003123103, and get nonsense characters when I 
do a HTML-only download of this page:

http://www.jabber.org/jeps/jep-0004.html

  If I do a complete download (though it has no images), it downloads 
fine.  This seems to be repeatable, and has happened on other pages 
(though I think it was intermittent on other pages)  Anybody else 
noticed this?
