If you hadn't noticed, .2 and .3 weren't minor bugfixes and such. They were,
for all intents and purposes, the same kinds of jumps as seen from 7.6 to 8,
and 8 to 8.6, and 8.6 to 9(.2). That is, they're annual "reference
releases", and they're severe upgrades. I'm not pissing on any devs here,
but it's not like changes from 10.1.x have just crept up on anyone.

Yes, thanks, Apple, for not letting dust collect on OS innards that you're
still working on, and thanks for providing lead time to developers with OS
seed builds.
