I have the same problem with dmoz.org. The window that normally pop's up does not.i have noticed builds since about early Dec have broken basic authentication. has anyone else seen this?
for instance, when trying to access a TWiki page with basic auth turned on, i get "Unauthorized - Proper authorization is required for this area. Either your browser does not perform authorization, or your authorization has failed." instead of the basic auth promopt.
please respond directly as i'm not subscribed.
And I go directly to the incorrect password page. My build id is 2004010403 (v0.7+).
What's yours ? have you tried with a really recent nigthly ?
