Yes, I remember this bug report but can't seem to find it in bugzilla 
at the moment. I believe there was a qt movie that was attached to the 
bug report that showed the behavior of the patch..

I had implemented this in Camino a while ago, but never got round to 
sending in a patch as the big bookmark rewrite was imminent. If anyone 
feels up to it, I could send them the class I implemented 
(CHDragBarView) that is really easy to drop into Camino (it's like the 
table view in that you just give it a datasource that responds to 3 or 
4 messages - number of items, item at index & submenu for item).

I would do it myself, but I'm really busy.
