[Camino] Getting .tgz type to download, not display

  Is there a way for the user to get a .tgz file link, when clicked on, 
to download rather than just display?  I'm looking at the page:

http://www.scotlandsoftware.com/products/source/

since I know that some .tgz files DO download - I suspect it's that 
this site isn't setting it's MIME type right - correct?
