I know there's the FORM element INPUT TYPE='FILE' for getting a single
file, but is there a standard (or proposed standard) for allowing
multiple file upload? I know there are things like AppletFile
(http://www.infomentum.com/appletfile/) which let you do this, but they
cost money.. (I'm looking for something that could easily be
integrated into IUCS's Vincent assignment-submission system..)
