[Camino] Profile changes

I just landed the patch that migrates the profile from 
~/Library/Application Support/Chimera to ~/Library/Application 
Support/Camino. We now no longer have all the subdirs and the salt 
directory and no longer carry around all the code to handle multiple 
profiles from mozilla.

It should migrate your profile seamlessly on first launch and leave the 
old one untouched. If you have problems with this, please PLEASE file 
bugs with as much info as you can so we can nail them before anything 
gets too busted.

Someone should email Reinhold and let him know that the profile stuff 
changed so that he can update CaminoKnight (I think it backs up your 
profile before installing a new version and you want it to back up the 
right one).

On the road to 0.8!
