There's no way to select the Location bar solely from the keyboard that I know of. This is by far the most painful part of using Camino. I'm in a comfortable position with a wireless keyboard, legs on desk, etc., surfing away. Unless there's another hot key I don't know of, hitting Tab does not select the Location bar as one would expect. I have to reach over for the mouse, which is, to put it nicely, a pain.
