[Camino] Click-hold context menus pulled

Hey folks. Just wanted to let you know I had to pull the click-hold 
context menu code. It was causing crashes and problems with plugins. 
I've left it commented out in nsChildView.mm so if anyone (Sbw?) wants 
to go and try to make it work, please do.

Sorry, but stability is priority one even if the feature is highly 
requested.
