[Camino] Render Problem

Now and then when i use the scroll wheel some portions of the window 
contents don't scroll properly, producing repeated blocks and overlaps.

Also, when window resizing is blocked and a window comes up very small, 
the progress bar can appear intermingled with text, such as the 
bookmark bar.

I will try to figure out how to reproduce these.
