[Camino] Java

Saw an interesting post about Java and Mac browsers. Before I go 
mental, I'd like to find out how come Camino seems to only use 1.3.1, 
but Safari uses 1.4.1_01 (on a 10.2.8 system; the post claimed this 
was also true on a 10.3.2 system)?

BTW, I use:

http://www.java.com/en/download/help/testvm.jsp

to see what version the browser is using. Is there something in 
Camino doing this, or is it an OS thing?
