[Camino] Background disappearing when link is clicked

  Has anyone else had the experience of "the rest" of a frame 
disappearing when you click on a link?  I've had it with this site (IU 
Religious Studies page, click on a link in the left frame):

http://www.indiana.edu/~relstud/

and a number of strange times in the Schwab portfolio manager where the 
whole frame will disappear without warning, but will immidiately come 
back if you do a "select all" command.

  This appears to be sometimes, but not 100% repeatable with the first 
page, at least not under the conditions I tried (restart, but not cache 
clearing)

  Anyone else seen this, in Camino or in other browsers (is it strange 
JavaScripts or something?)
