I'm running Panther (10.3.2).
But i don't recall having links cease working until recently.

I can't tell that it's specific to a site.
It's not site specific and has driven me nuts for the past year or
more. I usually find that clicking twice in the URL bar sets things
back to how it should be. Opening a link in a new tab also causes
'mouse over' features to stop working whether those features are done
in Javascript, CSS or are simply normal links where the pointer should
turn into a hand.
I've always put it down to my still being on OS 10.1.5 but perhaps
it's not that after all. Does it happen with Jaguar and Panther too?
