Thanks for the help on this, Mike. If there's any information I can dig up about this from either Mozilla, Firefox, or Camino (all of which exhibit some issue with this bug), let me know. To answer your question, this definitely worked before. I've been using Mozilla and Camino on my OS X machine for months to read mail on the secure Exchange server without much difficulty. This only started happening in nightlies within the past couple of weeks, I think. I'll try to grab an old nightly build tonight to see if I can make it happen and identify a date.
