I agree.. About the only interesting thing in that post was the bit about .url files defaulting to IE, and Safari, if they are present. Is there a way to stop this, even if IE and/or Safari are present (I keep IE around for the rare site that isn't using HTML or JS right - the buttons in PayPal don't work right in Camino - I haven't taken the time to figure out how they're misusing JS yet)



Camino won't currently parse a .url file at present but you should be able to set the application for MIME types and extensions using either MonkeyFood's More Internet (http://www.monkeyfood.com/software/MoreInternet/) or Alexander Clauss's MisFox (http://www.clauss-net.de/misfox/misfox.html).
