[Camino] Mail 'losing' HTTP association for opening web-lins?

  An odd problem has developed since I downloaded and built Camino in 
xCode (I now have 1 copy of Camino in Applications, and a newer copy in 
the build directory) - now Mail won't open links from email unless 
Camino is already open.  I'm pretty sure this started when I built the 
application, although I've also installed the "MoreInternet" 
PreferencePane, which lets you set helper applications.  That might 
interfere under Panther, although the HTTP helper is set to Camino.
