To throw out a dissenting opinion...
I think the nice thing about both pithhelmet and adblock is the popup menu.
When you do control click on an image in a webpage... over and above items like
"download this image" there is also an option to "block images from <server>"
If one of the goals of camino is making an intuitive UI, I think this is more
important than choosing which file on the hard drive contains the rules list.
