[Camino] Old Bug Resurfaces

A while back, there was an acknowledged bug whereby launching Camino 
via a double click on anORL in  e-mail (Eudora) or launching it via a 
webloc file would cause the bookmarks not to load AND to miss the 
close widget on tabs. It took a long while, but it eventually got 
fixed.

Now it seems to have returned. With the latest nightly (2004061308 
(v0.8b+)) I can see that bookmarks DO get loaded, but the close 
widget does NOT appear on tabs. Nor does the "spinning lines" 
progress indicator. But the favicon does show on the tabs. This seems 
to be 100% reproducible on my system. Either from an "e-mail 
launch/apple-event" or launching a webloc. IS 10.2.8,

Anyone else seeing this?
