See bug 249939 in b.m.o. <http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=249939>. It appears that this is something to do with prebinding. Mike has commented that it should be easy to fix, but doesn't say how. I don't have Tiger so can't comment any further.
