You seem to be having worse problems than me with this. If you bookmark the terms and conditions page or the page that you click to launch the popup when you are using firefox (then open it or copy the url into camino), do you then manage to get to the problem I described or are you still unable to even get to the VAN section? I can't remember when this started happening, I'm reasonably sure it's the recent nightly builds, but it may be a bit further back. If you can get to the point where the popup shows, could you confirm on the bug
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=254660 ...might be worth seeing if the problem you're getting is filed w/ another bug (although I checked and couldn't find it). Anyone else confirm or WFM this?

On Firefox 0.9, I can switch to the Virtual Account Number section, accept the terms and conditions, and the form will pop up for entering my user id and password.
On post-0.8 Camino nightly, I can't even get the form to come up at all. I just get a pop-up that shows an animation of how it works. Selecting different options always comes back to that same pop-up.
