[Camino] [OT] Clicks not registering in bottom part of screen in 10.3.5?

  Has anybody else noticed with 10.3.5 that clicks and double-clicks in 
about the bottom eight of the screen won't register sometimes?  I'm 
noticing that (but never with clicks in the Dock), and not just with 
Camino - I just noticed it (intermittently) in BBEdit (6.1)

  Time for a reinstall I guess..
