Hi,

Am a newbe to both Camino and this list so please ignore my ignorance and
nievety. Also there's seems no way to search this list-archive so this may have
come up before- if so I'm sorry.

I have just downloaded 0.8.1- am conducting research into Safari alternatives
for my work- I work for a bank and we're considering recomending our customers
do not use Safari to connect to online banking. We've reported several security
bugs to Apple- get this: They do not think they'll resolve them will next year.
Eh.. ok then Apple,- Next!

Anyways, question about site certs- Why can't I view them in Camino? Get this-
hacker obfucisates url, or bug in browser, or url bar hidden or whatever- User
thinks they're at www.anonlinebank.com, actual site is www.gonephishing.net,
user is suspecious about some grammmer mistake on the banks sign-on page
(English never seems to be a first language for phishers)- but how can the user
check the site's cert? See, viewing ssl certs means more to us than checking the
cert/site- it allows us to verify the browser too.

So whats the deal? Anybody got any thoughts on this?
