I like, command-option, because it is easy to hit.
If you don't however, and you are using OS X 10.3, you can change them using
system preferences. Go to "keyboard and mouse", and at the "Keyboard
Shortcuts" tab, use the little plus to add Camino. Then add "Next Tab" and
Previous Tab" (It needs to be exactly as it appears in Camino's "Window"
menu item) and add your desired shortcut.
