I downloaded the 0.8.2 build that Mike noted on his website. It works great, but the tabs are back to the bars instead of the folder tabs that they used to be.

When the tabs became the bar, they looked cool but weren't visually functional (I thought). I liked it when they went back to actual folder tabs.

Are they going back to the bar, or was that just a cosmetic mistake in the build?

Just wondering....

There are two separate lines of development at the moment: the branch (0.8.1, 0.8.2, etc., shown on the bottom) and the trunk (which will be 0.9, shown on the top). The branch exists to release important but architecturally minor updates, like security fixes and Firefox bookmark compatibility updates. The branch allows people to get the most important changes quickly without major testing of newer, larger changes (like the tabs, which I believe still have at least one crashing bug)... it also keeps important changes available to 10.1.5 users.

If you are using nightlies, which you must be if you had new tabs, there's no reason to use 0.8.2. 0.8.2 just has a subset of the changes that are on the trunk.
