Is this one of the sheets using the deprecated sheet API? See if it
logs to the console when the sheet comes up.

If I try to got to a page that doesn't exist, it will put up the
sheet saying so, with the OK button as default. This happens both if
the window in question is on top, or comes to the top, but does NOT
happen if Camino is not the front application. In that case, when I
bring Camino to the front, the OK button is not the default (just a
regular button). Is this a problem with how Camino handles
"application activation" delegate messages, or is it more a bug in
AppKit (as in, resetting the default button in a sheet if present upon
app activation should be something Appkit should do automatically)?
