and Camino crash if the pref are no created...
It's extremely unlikely that Camino crashing had anything to do with which browser was set as default.
The nightly of this day crash again when don't start safari after the OS X installation (the file of internet pref is not present at this moment. Safari create it on his first launch. why not Camino ? )
