Your bookmarks file is in ~/Library/Application Support/Camino/bookmarks.plist
Copy it to the same location on your new computer.
That will ofcourse nuke the already existing bookmarks, if any.
Why not simply File->Export Bookmarks, move the export file to the iBook and File->Import Bookmarks?
