That looks like bug 278916 which was fixed mid-February. I'm using a nightly from Feb 20 and the email link on the BBC site works as it should.

Hi,
I have seen this trouble in the recent builds, of this year
certainly. I am running an iBook on Mac OS X 10.3.8 with
Camino2005012408 (v0.8+).
To repeat this behavior, open a link from BBC and click on
"Email to a Friend": a smaple link is attached,

http://newsvote.bbc.co.uk/mpapps/pagetools/email/news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/ science/nature/4278949.stm

Camino opens two windows instead of one, both carry the same
material. this appears to happen for all links of this type at BBC
site. The same behavior is shown by the links to "Print this page",
for example

http://newsvote.bbc.co.uk/mpapps/pagetools/print/news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/ science/nature/4278005.stm

Camino2004062308 (v0.8), Safari1.2.4, Firefox1.0 do the job right
(open just a single small new window). Opera (Version7.50, Build1701) opens
the link in the current working window, not perfect, but still better than
opening two windows. Even my latest Camino nightly (2005021808 (v0.8+))
shows the same behavior to me.

Is that a bug in Camino or the latest Mozilla branch??

        Cheers,
                ashish
