I used to get this all the time when downloading via Option-click or
Right-click-Download Link Target, and having Disk Cache disabled in my
"user.js". Haven't tried it lately to see if it still exists. Doesn't
happen in Firefox.

It turns out I have to regenerate the Camino profile (and migrate
bookmarks etc) for this to go away. I've done this before, and it
seems to work every time. Running a 0.8x does something to the profile
that breaks it.
Anyone else got this? I can't find a filed bug about it.
