[Camino] Interesting ideas for tabs - drag-ability like PS palettes, "multiple-tab" view / way to make a "custom build" script that won't break

  I have no idea how difficult this would be to implement, but it would 
be interesting if page-tabs could be dragged between windows, or 
"outside" any window into their own separate window (especially with 
translucent web-views, for the eye-candy factor [a preference of 
course, if even their]).

  Another interesting idea for tabs would be a way to have two tabs 
viewable in a window *at the same time*, with one being somewhat 
darkened (like in Expose - I don't know if this is easily doable, or is 
an exposed API or part of CoreImage in Tiger)  Clicks would of course 
go only to one page (it would be very confusing otherwise, even if no 
elements overlapped), and this would have to be specified.
