No, Safari cascades windows too--as far as I know, Camino acts identically to Safari (except for the slight difference in offset size) when it comes to cascading. And I just downloaded Shiira and it seems to act exactly the same way. Are we talking about different things?

Truth be told, the old IE way IMO is way superior. Offset h, offset v, (i.e. right and down) shrink window by h delta and v delta. Part of this is based on the fact that I just don't get folks who view content in full width windows, especially with "widescreen" displays. I want my web window roughly page sized... reading huge long lines of text is way too taxing; there's a real reason a "page" is sized for more vertical space than horizontal.
However, I also find that tabbed browsing really helps not getting too many separate windows lying around. Without tabs, one can get overloaded with too many window. Now, I rarely have 2-3 separate windows active at any time.
