What are "website borders"? If you are talking about the fact that some elements of sites do not scale when you alter the text size, you are describing a symptom of bad web site design, not a browser bug.
As for 0.9a1 being worse than 0.8.4, you should cite specific regressions. The developers are always interested in fixing regressions, but there's nothing that anyone can do about a complaint as vague as, 'it's worse'.
