Hi,
Try trashing ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.HIToolbox.plist
and ~/Library/Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.HIToolbox.*.plist
logging out, and logging in again.
I've had weird crashes like this, and it came out that the culprit
was this pref file. Some app screwed it up.
Good luck,
Lorenzo

Hi,
I've just recently updated a G3 iMac to 10.3.9, and after a couple
of days after this upgrade, Camino and Firefox will no longer
launch (I get a couple bounces in the dock, and then the
"Unexpected quit"). This is the case for ALL accounts on the
system. The debugger text is shown below. I've run the Java update
for 10.3.9, rerun the installer, trashed the user preferences for
Camino---and so far, nothing has helped. I don't have any haxies or
any additional crap on this machine, and it has 1 GB of RAM. Safari
runs fine. Java reports fine from terminal (java -version).
Does anyone have an idea (other than a wipe and reinstall of the
system---which is my next choice)?
Thanks!
Jim
