I had a similar query recently. The advice given (which works) is to select 'text encoding' in the View menu, and select 'Western (ISO Latin 1)' - reselect, really, as that is what you are probably using as default. The missing amounts will then appear. I have to do it for each page I need, so it doesn't work for a whole session. It's not brilliant but it's a work-around.
