I seem to recall some long-time-ago discussion about the click-and-hold
to trigger the control-click or 2nd mouse button, with the end result
being that it seemed to be associated with crashes and the implication
that there was some Cocoa bug in the way.
Just wondering if anyone has tried re-enabling that code since 10.4.2 --
a lot of water has passed under the bridge in terms of OS X code since
then, and it might work by now. Just wondering, as I have been working
with Firefox and love how it functions there and in Mozilla...
