As it seems one of the builds of the last month changed the
"identifier" of Camino from
org.mozilla.navigator to org.mozilla.camino
As most of the preferences are stored somewhere else, most of the
people likely don't see the change. As I used "Keyboard & Mouse" to
change some of the shortcuts of Mozilla they didn't work anymore and
I discovered the change. I guess this is also the reason why the
toolbar resetted itself to default.
I don't know whether this is really important but it might be an idea
to check for the older version and reimport the settings from there.
Besides that if you encountered the same problem as myself you now
know where to look :-).
